Event Space Rentals
Southeast Seattle Senior Center offers facility rentals suitable for a variety of special occasions including wedding receptions, parties, reunions, seminars, meetings and banquets. In addition to offering beautiful rental facilities, we are also a non-profit organization serving the needs of our community. Because we are a non profit organization, our renters feel good knowing that all proceeds support a thriving, vibrant community center. Our rental space generally includes tables and chairs, and accommodations may be made for TVs, computers, and other conveniences. Additional fees for commercial kitchen usage, garbage disposal, and Event Attendant will apply.

This spacious room accommodates up to 150 and is ideal for larger events. 60” Round tables seating six or eight per table, a piano, and a solarium sitting area augment the warm atmosphere. Rental Rates are $100/hour or $75/hour for non-profit organizations and SESSC members. Please provide your own linens and we are happy to recommend approved caterers for your event! Our large, full-service commercial kitchen includes 6 gas burners, a steam table, a conventional and a conduction oven, two sinks, a refrigerator, warming plates, and a serving window into the Social Hall.
Our newly remodeled Multipurpose Room is ideal for small meetings or conferences for up to 30 people as well as intimate social events.
Our Computer Lab includes 8 HP computers with Windows 7 and flat screen monitors. This room may be rented for computer instruction or computer classes.
