ATTN: ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST BE AMBULATORY (i.e., MOBILE) WHEN SIGNING UP FOR ALL TRIPS AND/OR ABLE TO TAKE CARE OF THEIR PERSONAL NEEDS.
- Reservations may only be made via telephone call or in-person registration. For casino trips, reservations made via voice mail are acceptable as long as they are made on the first day of the month in which the trip will be made.
- Phone registrations or non-payment sign-ups must be paid within five (5) business days of initial signup or they will be MOVED to the “Wait List”.
- A check will be issued for trip cancelations if made at least three days prior to the trip. Missed paid trips will be considered a donation to the Center.
- For your convenience, MasterCard and VISA credit cards are accepted.
- Drivers will not wait for late comers. You must be at the designated location at the time the driver announces departure.
- Failure to do so may result in being left behind, and you will not be permitted to go on the next three SESSC Casino Trips.
