Memory Loss Support Series

This 8-week support series will provide knowledge, connection, and community for those living with memory loss. Doctor diagnosis is encouraged but not required. Do you have physical limitations and think it means you can’t participate in yoga? Yoga can be for everyone! This class will is geared to participants with really different abilities. Instructor Julie Fournier is a registered Yoga teacher who knows how to teach those with limited strength and mobility and to support students in practicing yoga poses adapted for their own unique physical requirements. This will be a 5-week class.
