This is a modified form of volleyball played by sitting in chairs and using a beach ball. Beach Volleyball is an excellent way to be active and have fun at the same time.

This class focuses on various types of stretches, proper warm-ups and breathing techniques. Medical clearance is not required for this class.

Do you have physical limitations and think it means you can’t participate in yoga? Yoga can be for everyone! This class will is geared to participants with
really different abilities. Instructor Julie Fournier is a registered Yoga teacher who knows how to teach those with limited strength and mobility and to support students in practicing yoga poses adapted for their own unique physical requirements. This will be a 5-week class. Pre registration required at Front Desk.
