Enhance Fitness with Mark Bryant
Mon., Wed., & Fri., 8:40am - 9:40am

Focus is on standing, aerobics, stretching, balance, and strength training. Get in shape, get fit!

Cane-Fu Connection Self Defense Class
Fridays, 1:00pm - 2:00pm
Location: Social Hall
Cost:$1.00 Members, $3.00 Non-Members
Instructor: Mark Bryant
Learn to use your cane as a tool for self-defense.  Sign up at the Front Desk.

Chair Exercise with Mark Bryant
Session A: Tue. & Thu., 12:30 - 1:30pm
Session B: Tue. & Thu., 1:30 - 2:30pm

For those who need a chair for support, get the benefits of exercise while seated! Focus on strength, balance, flexibility.  Medical Clearance Required from your Physician.

Gentle Stretching with Mark Bryant
Tue. & Thu., 10:30am - 11:30am
$16/month for members/$4.00 drop-in
$26/month for non-members/$5.50 drop-in
Perfect for those in exercise programs and those who wish to begin an exercise program.  This class focuses on various types of stretches, proper warm-ups  and breathing techniques. Medical Clearance is not required for this class.

Tai Chi/Chi Kung Breathing Class
Mondays, 1:30pm - 2:30pm
Location: Multipurpose Room
Instructor: Gail Mukai
Cost: $4.50 per class/$16.00 per month
Learn this ancient Chinese exercise form. Ideal for older adults; it helps increase strength and improves balance and coordination.  Gain associated health benefits.

Yoga
Tuesdays, 9:00am - 10:00am
Location: Multipurpose Room
Cost: $6.00 Members $8.00 Non-Members
Instructor: Sasha Parks
This class will loosen tight muscles, relax tension and build strength.  Sasha will provide individual attention and modifications to suit everyone’s needs. This down-to-earth class is perfect for students new to yoga, intimidated by the idea of yoga or curious about yoga.
