Coloring can be a healing and therapeutic activity for adults. It can help ease tension, be relaxing, and inspire creativity. You may bring your own coloring books and crayons. The Center has a limited supply of crayons and things to color that you may use. Please join us!

Dementia Friendly Drumming Circle

3rd Fridays Social Hall Complimentary Facilitators: Katy, Jon, and Ken A facilitated, Dementia-Friendly Drumming Circle, where people with all stages of memory loss can come together and explore the healing nature of rhythm and beats. Care-partners, family, and friends are encouraged to participate. A limited supply of instruments will be provided. You are welcome to bring your own percussion instruments.

Finding Your Inner Rhythm With Kenny Mandell

Social Hall Cost: $3.00 Suggested Donation Facilitator: Kenny Mandell Discover the joys of percussion. Learn how to count, feel and play different rhythms and beats in a group setting. This is a great way to help keep your mind and body to remain alert and to have fun! No experience necessary. All are welcome to attend.
